Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EX Kinetic Ultra ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Plugin.

License

EX Kinetic Ultra is released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+). You are free to use, modify, and distribute the Plugin in accordance with the terms of the GPL. See our GPL License page for the full license text.

• Install the Plugin on unlimited WordPress websites
• Modify the Plugin's source code for your own use

• Redistribute a modified version under a different license that is incompatible with the GPL

• Use our trademarks (EX Elements, EX Kinetic Ultra) in a way that implies endorsement without permission

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Support

Community support is provided via our GitHub repository and WordPress.org support forum on a best-effort basis. We are not obligated to provide support, maintenance, updates, or bug fixes, though we strive to do so.

Updates

We may release updates to the Plugin from time to time. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. You are not required to install updates, but we recommend keeping the Plugin current for security and compatibility reasons.

Third-Party Compatibility

The Plugin is designed to work with Elementor (Free and Pro). We do not guarantee compatibility with all WordPress themes, plugins, or hosting environments. Conflicts with third-party software are not covered by these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
